Design the minimum viable product
The team conducted several competitive research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and reinforce our product's core value. We discovered some opportunities to improve the industry's standard and spotted our product's unique value proposition.
Based on the function, we developed 6 different types of users under 2 main categories, the service receiver and the service provider. The provisional personas created early in the research were updated to reflect the depth of the insights gathered through primary research
The user flow of the product is also divided into the service receiver's flow and the service provider's flow. Based on the user flow and the primary research, we were able to develop the wireframe of the product.
The product is still under development. And due to the Non-disclosure Agreement, further details of this project are not allowed to showcase.
